Imagine living for another 20, 25 years and you can't get it in. Mm-mm (negative). Hey, what's going on, guys? Today, you need to put on your thinking cap. Because today, we're going into something deep. We're talking about you having 25 years left to live, and what is your plan? So check it out. Men in the US live to 75, 76 years old while women in the US live to 81. And the bad news is that we're 42nd in the world. Go USA. If you're over 30, then you better get your -ish together. And I'm going to tell you how to do that. Today we're going to talk about the plans and the habits you need to have in place right now, so that you can increase your healthspan, your lifespan, and your fuc#span. Yes, that's a thing. So, you hit the age of 30, there's going to be a rapid decline in your health. It's called sarcopenia. We're talking about sarcopenia, which typically causes the body to lose 3% to 5% of skeletal muscle mass per decade after 30, and 1% to 2% per decade after 50. Loss of muscle mass as you age causes a whole bunch of issues over time that continues to build up. This is why falling is the leading cause of death in older Americans. But remember: This situation is completely avoidable. How old you are is the number of times you go around the sun. Your age is what you do with your body and mind. So if you believe you are supposed to be all broken down and busted up as you get older, then you'll live that way and you'll get your wish. Your daily habits have to help your health. So let's talk about your healthspan - that period of your life where you're healthy and free from disease. If you go past it, then you're going to be stuck in a cycle of getting sick and then things just getting worse. Now, here's the crazy part: On average, most people are living 20% of their life unhealthy. That's just insane. Let's get talk about planning for a health and how you think about your friends and family as you get older. There's a reason why there's little old ladies that go to church because they're around other people. So you need to look to make sure you're joining churches or organizations, something as you get older, you have other people to be around, not just your significant others and other people like that because they're going to get older and things are going to happen. Yeah, yeah. You want other people to be around. And of course, make sure you're choosing healthy friends. Hanging out with your alcoholic meth friends is probably not a good idea. Stay physically active. Don't smoke. And if you're going to drink, make sure you're doing it in moderation. Of course, this is really important, a lot of guys don't really think about this, but you need to prioritize your happiness. And of course, a part of that is avoiding chronic stress and chronic anxiety. And part of this, hey, you're a man, man up. You have to be self disciplined. And one of my new favorites, you have to develop a great sleeping habit. I love sleeping now. Mm-hmm (affirmative). So ask yourself, what is your routine right now? What can you do to better yourself? It's not what you do some of the time, it's what you do all of the time that counts. John Hopkins led a study of 6,200 men and women over eight years and found that those who adopted four smart behaviors reduced the chance of death from all causes within that time period by an astounding 80%. And it's this simple. Don't smoke, mentioned that. Maintain a healthy weight, of course. Get up and move, move your ass. And make healthy food choices. Pretty simple, 80%, make that happen. And let's really quickly go through what'll happen if you don't plan. You won't be able to have sex. Yeah. Imagine living for another 20, 25 years and you can't get it in. So the question of the day, what do you have set out? What is your routine that's helping you out right now? And if you have some other things that you want to add, add that down in the comment section. I mean, are you a member of a church? Do you have an organization? What kind of healthy hobbies do you have? And of course, like always, if you like what you heard, go and hit that like button, subscribe button, notification bell, so we can get some more of this information to you. And this is Uncle B saying, get your game up and go hard. Peace out.
